Setup

To get started with the ATS Healthcare integration, log in to Commerce7 and click on Apps from the main menu. Click on the ATS Healthcare app and a pop-up window will appear.

In order to set up this app, you will need to obtain your ATS Healthcare Docket, you will also need to know which service you use and any accessorials.

Fill out your ATS Docket Number (your unique customer ID number), select from the dropdown menu the service that you use, and check mark any accesorials that you use as well.

Lasly, select if you wish to send Shipment Tracking Emails or not.

Once you have filled out everything, click on the blue button label Install.

The app will take a few minutes to install, once it’s done the pop-up window will close and you will see the AMS Export Tools as active under the apps menu.
